At THE EYEWEAR PROJECT, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction by providing free alterations. We have established policies and procedures to ensure a smooth and hassle-free process for all our customers. We are committed to providing you with a well-fitting pair of eyewear.

ALTERATIONS POLICY

We offer free alterations for all orders except those made with Natural Horn. Alteration requests must be submitted within 14 days of product delivery. Since our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

We will complete your free alterations within 7-10 days of receiving your request.

An alteration request is considered valid only upon receipt of all the required information requested by our customer care representative.

We offer a maximum of 2 alterations to ensure the perfect fit for you. If you are still unsatisfied, we will issue a full refund.

NATURAL HORN

Frames made of natural horn may have slight fissures on the sides and surface. These are not considered defects as the unique patterns of horn cannot match the images on our website.

Our team will send you the design with size specifications, which you must approve. We will help adjust the arms, if needed, through video instructions and at our stores.

We do not offer alterations for custom-made horn frames.

EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICY

As we custom make all our eyewear, we accept an exchange or return only for products with a manufacturing defect, defective material, or the wrong product.

Exchange or return requests related to the wrong product or manufacturing defects must be made within 14 days of product delivery. Requests related to defective materials must be made within 90 days of product delivery.

Upon receipt of your email, our customer service representative will collect the product within 48 hours. Our quality team will check the product, and we will issue a refund within 48 hours of receiving the returned product. The refund will be credited to your credit/debit card account, as applicable.

We do not process international exchanges or returns.

REFUND POLICY

As we custom make all our eyewear, we only offer refunds if we are unable to get the fit right after two alterations or if the product is damaged or defective.

Upon receipt of your email, our customer service representative will collect the product within 48 hours. How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free for all orders.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

You should expect to receive your order between 12-20 business days from the day the order is placed. As our products are made to order with great attention to detail, it takes slightly longer to deliver your order, finished to perfection.

Are there any duties and taxes?

All prices include 12% GST and custom duty for international orders.
