We offer free worldwide shipping via DHL Express/Bluedart from Mumbai, India. Generally, we aim to ship all orders within 15 business days of receiving payment and confirmation of your prescription and measurements.
For single vision prescription lenses, please allow an additional 3 business days for processing. For complex prescriptions, such as multifocal lenses or custom tints, please allow an additional 3 business days for processing.

If delivery is attempted but unsuccessful due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer, the package may be returned to us. In this case, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs to reship the package to the correct address.
